煤矸石基沸石分子筛的制备及其对废水中铜离子的吸附性能研究OACHSSCD
Study on Preparation of Coal Gangue-Based Zeolite Molecular Sieve and Its Adsorption Performance for Copper Ions in Wastewater
以煤矸石为硅铝源,采用碱熔-水热晶化法制备煤矸石基沸石分子筛,并研究其对废水中铜离子(Cu2+)的吸附性能.X 射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和 BET 比表面积及孔径分析仪表征表明,产物结晶度较高,比表面积约为 66 m2/g,具有微孔-介孔复合孔结构.配制模拟含 Cu2+废水,系统考察沸石分子筛投加量、溶液 pH 值、吸附温度和吸附时间的影响.当沸石分子筛投加量为 0.24%,溶液 pH 值为 6,吸附温度为 40℃,吸附时间为 60 min 时,废水中 Cu2+吸附率达 92.28%,平衡吸附量为 115.7 mg/g.结果表明,该煤矸石基沸石分子筛对 Cu2+具有较高的吸附容量和去除率,可作为低成本重金属废水吸附材料.
Taking coal gangue as the silicon-aluminum source,coal gangue-based zeolite molecular sieve is prepared via the alkali fusion-hydrothermal crystallization method,and its adsorption performance for copper ions(Cu2+)in wastewater is investigated.The X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and BET surface area and pore size analyzer results indicate that the product exhibits high crystallinity,a specific surface area of approximately 66 m2/g,and a composite microporous-mesoporous pore structure.Simulated Cu2+-containing wastewater is prepared,and the effects of zeolite molecular sieve dosage,solution pH value,adsorption temperature,and adsorption time are systematically investigated.When the dosage of zeolite molecular sieve is 0.24%,the solution pH value is 6,the adsorption temperature is 40℃,and the adsorption time is 60 min,the adsorption rate of Cu2+from wastewater reaches 92.28%,with an equilibrium adsorption capacity of 115.7 mg/g.The results indicate that the coal gangue-based zeolite molecular sieve exhibits high adsorption capacity and removal rate for Cu2+,making it a suitable low-cost adsorbent material for heavy metal wastewater.
