针对硫酸锌溶液净化除镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)过程中,锌粉钝化及包裹导致其利用率低的问题,提出超声波强化工业雾化锌粉从低镉铜硫酸锌净化液中除 Cd 与 Cu.分别考察常规条件与超声波条件下锌粉用量、反应时间、超声波功率对溶液中 Cd 与 Cu 净化效果的影响,确定常规净化工艺的最佳参数为反应温度65℃、锌粉用量 0.6 g/L、反应时间 90 min,硫酸锌溶液中的 Cd、Cu 的质量浓度由 46.51 mg/L、9.34 mg/L分别降至 0.148 mg/L 和 0.104 mg/L;超声强化净化工艺的最佳参数为反应温度 50℃、锌粉用量 0.5 g/L、反应时间 60 min、超声波功率 30 W,Cd、Cu 的质量浓度分别降至 0.510 mg/L 和 0.022 mg/L,两种工艺净化后 Cd 与 Cu 的质量浓度均满足锌电积对杂质质量浓度的要求.与常规工艺相比,超声净化工艺降低了反应温度、缩短了反应时间,并节省了 16.67%的锌粉.

In the process of removing cadmium(Cd)and copper(Cu)from zinc sulfate solution,the passivation and encapsulation of zinc powder lead to the low utilization rate of zinc powder.In order to solve this problem,an ultrasonic-enhanced industrial atomization zinc powder was proposed to remove Cd and Cu from the three-stage purification solution of zinc sulfate.The effects of zinc powder dosage,reaction time and ultrasonic power on the concentration of Cd and Cu in the solution under conventional conditions and ultrasonic enhanced conditions were investigated respectively.The optimum parameters of conventional purification process were determined as follows:reaction temperature 65℃,zinc powder dosage 0.6 g/L,reaction time 90 min.The mass concentration of Cd and Cu in zinc sulfate solution decreased from 46.51 mg/L and 9.34 mg/L to 0.148 mg/L and 0.104 mg/L,respectively.The optimum parameters of the ultrasonic purification process are as follows:reaction temperature 50℃zinc powder dosage 0.5 g/L,reaction time 60 min,ultrasonic power 30 W,the mass concentration of Cd and Cu is reduced to 0.510 mg/L and 0.022 mg/L.The concentration of Cd and Cu after purification by the two processes meets the requirements of zinc electrowinning for impurity concentration.Compared with the conventional process,the ultrasonic purification process reduces the reaction temperature,shortens the reaction time,and saves 16.67%of zinc powder.
