基于"形神并存、神重于形"理论探讨葛洪养生思想对后世的影响OA

Ge Hong,an important figure in the development of Taoism,medicine,thought,and philosophy in China,upheld the health preservation concept of"coexistence of form and spirit,with spirit emphasized over form".On the basis of the coexistence of form and spirit,he maintained that spirit takes precedence over form,emphasizing mental well-being,valuing the significance of life,conforming to nature,restraining desires,cultivating purity and tranquility,and pursuing longevity.Through textual research and theoretical analysis,this study examines the ideological origins of his thought,including the Taoist tradition and the monism of Qi,and elucidates the core connotations of the"form-spirit conception"and the"spirit-guarding theory"."Form"refers to the physical body,while"spirit"denotes spiritual consciousness,stressing the dominant role of spirit over form rather than their separation.The study further reveals his practical path of health preservation,characterized by"nourishing Essence and consolidating Qi"and"taking non-injury as the foundation".The findings indicate that this thought has exerted a profound influence on later Taoist health preservation practices and the theory of preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Particularly in the context of modern social pressures,it holds significant reference value for fostering harmony between the body and mind.
