清胰调脂汤联合低分子肝素钙治疗腑实热结证型高脂血症性胰腺炎的效果OA

Objective To analyze the effect of Qingyi Tiaozhi decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group according to the principle of randomization(all patients in this group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,n=40)and study group(patients belonging to this group were treated with Qingyi Tiaozhi decoction+low molecular weight heparin calcium,n=40).The therapeutic effects,lipid indexes,biochemical indexes,inflammatory factors,blood circulation status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of TCM syndrome score,acute pancreatitis bedside index score,acute physiology and chronic health status Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of blood lipid indicators[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)],biochemical indicators[serum amylase(AMY),serum lipase(LPS),urinary amylase(UAMY)],and inflammatory factors[intercellular adhesion factor-1(ICAM-1),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant application of Qingyi Tiaozhi decoction+low molecular weight heparin calcium in the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis can further improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the lipid index and biochemical index,reduce the inflammatory reaction.
