基于高度反馈的烟用丝束预开松压力自适应PID控制研究OA
Research on adaptive PID control for pre-opening pressure of tobacco fiber bundles based on height feedback
[背景和目的]针对滤棒成型机中,因烟用丝束包自身重力导致的物料压实度不均、工艺参数波动等工程问题,提出一种基于高度反馈的模糊自适应 PID 压力调节策略.[方法]通过引入模糊推理机制,根据丝束包的实时高度偏差在线修正 PID 控制参数,克服气动执行机构的非线性摩擦与滞后效应,并利用该控制策略,构建包含激光测距感知与气动执行单元的闭环调节系统,实现对不同料层高度丝束的精准压力补偿.[结果]该策略显著提升了加工稳定性,与传统恒压模式相比,滤棒压降合格率由 75.67%提升至 85%,且波动标准差显著降低,有效解决了因丝束包高度变化引起的加工质量非均匀性问题.
[Background and Objective]This study addresses engineering challenges in filter rod forming machines,such as uneven material compaction and fluctuating process parameters caused by the self-weight of tobacco filament bundles.It proposes a height-feedback-based fuzzy adaptive PID pressure regulation strategy to resolve these issues.[Methods]By introducing a fuzzy inference mechanism that performs online tuning of PID control parameters based on real-time height deviations of the filament bundle,this strategy effectively overcomes the nonlinear friction and hysteresis effects of pneumatic actuators.Utilizing this control strategy,a closed-loop regulation system incorporating laser ranging sensors and pneumatic actuators was constructed,enabling precise pressure compensation for tow across varying material layer heights.[Results]Field testing on industrial production lines demonstrated that this strategy significantly enhances processing stability.Compared to the traditional constant-pressure mode,the qualification rate of filter rod pressure drop improved from 75.67%to 85%,while the standard deviation of fluctuations decreased significantly.This effectively resolves the issue of processing quality inconsistency caused by variations in filament bundle height.
