基于瞬态平面热源法的加热卷烟芯材热物性探究OA
Study on the thermal properties of core material of heated tobacco based on the transient plane source method
[目的]探究加热卷烟芯材块体热物性水平(导热系数、体积比热、热扩散系数).[方法]基于瞬态平面热源法开发适用于烟草块体的热物性检测系统及制样方法,探究优化检测参数、块体尺寸,研究加热卷烟芯材块体(辊压法再造烟叶、含甘油烟丝、造纸法再造烟叶)的热物性指标影响因素.[结果](1)加热功率(15~25 mW)对热物性检测结果无显著影响,测量时间(80、160 s)对检测结果存在显著影响;烟草块体的直径(4、6 cm)、厚度(2、3 cm)对热物性检测结果无显著影响;3 种热物性指标日内、日间精密度的 RSD 值均低于 10%.(2)3 类烟草块体热物性均受到填充密度、含水率、甘油含量的影响,导热系数、体积比热与填充密度、含水率、甘油含量呈正相关,与热扩散系数呈负相关;在相近的填充密度、含水率、甘油含量下,造纸法再造烟叶块体导热系数、热扩散系数略高于辊压法再造烟叶、烟丝块体.[结论]基于瞬态平面热源法能够完成对加热卷烟多种芯材块体的热物性检测,为烟草热物性和传热传质研究提供基础.
[Objective]This study investigates the thermal properties(thermal conductivity,volumetric specific heat,and thermal diffusivity)of core material bulks in heated tobacco products.[Methods]A thermal property detection system,based on the transient plane source method,was developed,along with a corresponding sample preparation method specifically tailored for tobacco bulks.The influence of various detection parameters and tobacco bulk sizes were thoroughly explored.Additionally,precision experiments were conducted to evaluate the reliability of the measurement system.In-depth research was carried out to analyze the factors affecting the three thermal property indices for common tobacco bulks:rolling process tobacco sheets,cut tobacco,and paper-process tobacco sheets used in heated tobacco products.[Results](1)Heating power(15-25 mW)did not significantly affect the thermal property results,while the measurement time(80 s and 160 s)showed a significant influence.The diameter(4 cm and 6 cm)and thickness(2 cm and 3 cm)of the tobacco bulks had no significant impact on the results.The RSD(relative standard deviation)values for intra-day and inter-day precision for the three thermal property indices were all below 10%.(2)The thermal properties of the three types of tobacco bulks were influenced by packing density,moisture content,and glycerol content.Thermal conductivity and volumetric specific heat were positively correlated with packing density,moisture content,and glycerol content,while they were negatively correlated with thermal diffusivity.Under similar packing densities,moisture contents,and glycerol contents,the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of paper-process tobacco sheet bulks were slightly higher than those of rolling process tobacco sheets and cut tobacco.[Conclusion]The transient plane source method can effectively detect the thermal properties of various core materials used in heated tobacco products,providing a foundational basis for further research on the thermal and mass transfer properties of tobacco.
