室内环境烟草烟气中亚微米颗粒物迁移与烟碱释放规律OA
Migration of submicron particles and nicotine release in indoor environmental tobacco smoke
[目的]探讨室内环境烟草烟气(Environmental Tobacco Smoke,ETS)扩散过程的物理特征变化规律以及化学特征.[方法]通过纹影成像技术可视化烟气扩散过程,结合电低压冲击器(Electric Low Pressure Impactor,ELPI)实时监测颗粒物数量浓度与粒径分布,采用二维气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC×GC-MS)定量分析烟碱含量.[结果](1)密闭环境中烟草烟气颗粒物数量中值粒径在 28.7~34.5 nm,烟气粒径分布出现了非典型的双峰分布.(2)烟气颗粒物浓度在热羽流作用下表现出高度非均匀的空间分布,室内烟气颗粒物数量浓度最高达 6.6×105/cm³,不同位置间浓度最大降幅为 77.27%.(3)ETS 中侧流烟气烟碱含量占单支卷烟总烟碱量的一半以上,与烟源齐平高度区域受烟气污染最严重.[结论]通过多维度实验揭示室内 ETS 释放及扩散特征,明确侧流烟气为二手烟防控重点,为亚微米颗粒物暴露风险评估提供科学依据.
To investigate the physical diffusion characteristics and chemical properties of environmental tobacco smoke(ETS)in indoor environments.Schlieren imaging technology was employed to visualize the diffusion process of tobacco smoke.An Electric Low Pressure Impactor(ELPI)was used for real-time monitoring of particle number concentration and size distribution,while the nicotine content was quantitatively analyzed using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC×GC-MS).(1)In a confined indoor environment,the count median diameter of tobacco smoke particles ranged from 28.7 to 34.5 nm,and the particle size distribution exhibited a non-typical bimodal pattern.(2)Under the influence of thermal plumes,smoke particles showed a highly non-uniform spatial distribution.The indoor particle number concentration reached up to 6.6×105 particles/cm³,with a maximum concentration reduction of 77.27%observed between different locations.(3)The nicotine content in sidestream smoke accounted for more than half of the total nicotine released from a single cigarette.Areas at the same height as the smoke source were exposed to the most severe smoke pollution.Through multidimensional experimental approaches,the release and diffusion characteristics of indoor ETS were systematically revealed.The results identify sidestream smoke as a key target for second-hand smoke control and provide a scientific basis for exposure risk assessment of submicron particulate matter.
