四川省2~5岁儿童膳食模式与营养状况关联研究OA
Study on The Association Between Dietary Patterns and Nutritional Status of 2-5 Year Old Children in Sichuan Province
目的:探索学龄前儿童膳食模式与营养状况的关系,为有针对性开展膳食指导与宣教提供科学依据.方法:对四川省14个地区1 478名2~5岁儿童开展食物频率调查及体检,对食物消费情况进行探索性因子分析并建立膳食模式,将每个调查对象按照因子得分最高的膳食模式进行归类,统计不同膳食模式下2~5岁儿童营养状况差异.采用SPSS软件进行数据整理分析,率间的差异比较采用卡方检验,趋势检验采用趋势卡方检验.结果:四川省14个地区2~5岁儿童生长迟缓率4.60%、低体重率2.57%、消瘦率1.42%、贫血率15.72%、超重率4.47%、肥胖率1.69%.经因子分析确定4种膳食模式(累计方差贡献率为45.94%)分别为肉制品水产型(40.87%)、素食倾向型(22.26%)、饮奶副食型(18.13%)、咸菜零食型(18.74%).不同膳食模式下生长迟缓(χ2=11.463,P=0.009)及贫血(χ2=9.097,P=0.028)间的差异有统计学意义.统计不同膳食模式因子得分四分位数下2~5岁儿童营养状况,饮奶副食型膳食模式下随着因子得分增加,贫血患病率呈下降趋势(χ2=9.883,P=0.002).结论:四川省14个地区学龄前儿童膳食模式与生长迟缓、贫血等相关,其中饮奶副食型膳食模式与贫血率之间呈负相关,提示应均衡饮食,保障儿童营养需求,保证动物性食物和新鲜蔬菜的合理摄入,预防贫血的发生.
[Objective]To explore the relationship between dietary patterns and nutritional status of preschool children,and to provide a scientific basis for targeted dietary guidance and education.[Method]Dietary pattern was established by exploratory factor analysis,and each subject was classified according to the dietary pattern with the highest factor score.The differences in nutritional status of children aged 2-5 years with different dietary patterns were analyzed.Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS version 19.0.Differences in propor-tions were evaluated using the chi-square test,while trends were assessed using the trend chi-square test.[Result]The rates of growth retardation,underweight,wasting,anemia,overweight and obesity were 4.60%,2.57%,1.42%,15.72%,4.47%and 1.69%among children aged 2-5 years in 14 areas of Sichuan province.Four dietary patterns were identified by factor analysis(cumulative variance contribution rate was 45.94%),which were meat products and aquatic products type(40.87%),vegetarian preference type(22.26%),milk non-staple food type(18.13%)and pickles snack type(18.74%).There was a significant difference between growth retardation(χ2=11.463,P=0.009)and anemia(χ2=9.097,P=0.028)in different dietary patterns.The nutritional status of children aged 2-5 years under different dietary pattern factor scores quantile were analyzed.The prevalence of anemia decreased with the increase of factor scores in the dietary pattern of milk and non-staple food(χ2=9.883,P=0.002).[Conclusion]The dietary pattern of preschool children in Sichuan is correlated with growth retardation and anemia,among which the dietary pattern of milk non-staple food type is negatively correlated with the rate of anemia.It is suggested that a balanced diet should be used to ensure the nutritional needs of children.Ensure reasonable intake of animal food and fresh vegetables to prevent anemia.
