基于健康行为改变整合理论的成人食物素养范围综述OA

A Scoping Review of Food Literacy in Adult Based on The Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change

目的:对国内外成人食物素养(food literacy,FL)核心维度和评估工具进行范围综述,为后续研究开展提供参考.方法:基于范围综述的研究范式,系统检索了中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL和Embase数据库,检索时限为建库至2025年1月11日.基于健康行为改变整合理论,采用内容分析法梳理FL核心维度.结果:最终纳入41篇文献,梳理出知识、信念、技能、行为与社会5个核心维度.共31个成人FL测评工具,其中14个(45.16%)评估了知识维度,13个(41.94%)评估了信念维度,26个(83.87%)评估了技能维度,24个(77.42%)评估了行为维度,12个(38.71%)评估了社会维度.结论:国内成人FL相关研究处于起步阶段,需深入探索完善本土化FL理论基础,制定针对性干预方案,以期提高居民整体健康水平.

[Objective]To provide a reference for subsequent research,this study reviewed the core dimensions and assessment tools of food literacy(FL)in adults at home and abroad.[Method]Based on the research paradigm of scoping review,CNKI,Wanfang,Sinomed,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL and Embase databases were systematically.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to January 11,2025.Content analysis was used to sort out the core dimensions of FL based on the Integrated Theory of Health Behavior Change.[Result]Forty-one studies were finally included to sort out the five core dimensions of FL,including knowledge,beliefs,skills,behaviors and society.There were a total of 31 adult FL assessment instruments,of which 14(45.16%)assessed the knowledge dimension,13 assessed the beliefs dimension,26(83.87%)assessed the skills dimension,24(77.42%)assessed the behavioral dimension,and 12(38.71%)assessed the social dimension.[Conclusion]Domestic research related to adult FL is in its nascent stage.There is a pressing need for in-depth exploration to enhance the local theoretical foundation and to formulate targeted intervention,with the aim of improving the overall health of the population.
