Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Medicinal-Edible Value of Different Parts of Sea-Buckthorn
目的:系统梳理沙棘不同部位的化学成分组成,明确同类活性成分的结构差异、含量动态变化及功效特异性,整合其药食用价值的最新研究进展与应用场景.方法:以沙棘药食两用价值为核心,归纳其黄酮、多糖等主要生物活性成分的分布特征,结合超高压提取、低共熔溶剂萃取等新型研究方法,梳理现有研究成果并分析当前研究瓶颈.结果:沙棘各部位均富含多种高活性成分,同类成分在不同部位的结构、含量与功效具有显著特异性;新型提取技术的应用推动了沙棘活性成分的高效分离与利用,其在食品、保健品、药品等领域的应用场景已实现多元化拓展.结论:沙棘资源兼具生态、营养与药用多重价值,当前研究仍存在开发深度不足等瓶颈;未来应聚焦生态-经济协同利用、产地特异性研究等方向,为沙棘全产业链开发与可持续利用提供理论支撑.
[Objective]To systematically clarify the chemical composition of different parts of sea-buckthorn,define the structural differences,dynamic content changes and efficacy specificity of homologous bioactive components,and integrate the latest research progress and application scenarios of its medicinal and edible values.[Methods]Centering on the medicinal and edible value of sea-buckthorn,this paper summarized the distribution characteristics of its main bioactive components such as flavonoids and polysaccharides.Combined with advanced extraction methods including ultra-high pressure extraction and low-eutectic solvent extraction,existing research results were sorted out and current research bottlenecks were analyzed.[Results]All parts of sea-buckthorn are rich in a variety of high-activity components,and homologous components show significant specificity in structure,content and efficacy in different parts;the application of new extraction technologies has promoted the efficient separation and utilization of seabuckthorn bioactive components,and its application scenarios have been diversified in food,health products,pharmaceuticals and other fields.[Conclusion]sea-buckthorn resources have multiple values including ecological,nutritional and medicinal values,and current research still faces bottlenecks such as insufficient development depth.Future research should focus on eco-economic synergy and regional specificity,so as to provide theoretical support for the full industrial chain development and sustainable utilization of seabuckthorn resources.
