2018-2022年福建居民乳及乳制品摄入状况分析OA
Analysis of the Intake Status of Dairy Products Among Fujian Residents from 2018 to 2022
目的:了解福建省3岁及以上人群乳及乳制品消费状况,为制定营养政策和宣教策略提供依据.方法:采用多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样方法,选取福建省9地市49个区(县)10 349名3岁及以上常住居民,面对面询问3 d 24 h食物消费状况.结果:福建省居民乳及乳制品消费率为33.40%(3 457/10 349),全人群平均消费量为52.39 g/d,消费人群平均消费量为156.82 g/d.女性(54.38 g/d)、3~6岁儿童(105.43 g/d)、城市居民(73.75 g/d)、高收入家庭(76.60 g/d)和高文化程度(60.01 g/d)人群消费量较 高.97.89%的人群乳类摄入量低于膳食指南推荐量(300~500 g/d),液态乳为主要消费品类(消费率27.54%,消费量41.65 g/d).结论:福建省居民乳及乳制品摄入普遍不足,应持续开展营养知识普及和宣传教育,提高居民乳类摄入量.
[Objective]To understand the consumption status of dairy products among people aged 3 and above in Fujian province,and provide a basis for formulating nutrition policies and education strategies.[Method]A multistage stratified cluster random sampling method proportional to the population was used,and 10 349 permanent residents aged 3 and above from 49 districts(counties)in 9 cities of Fujian province were included in the analysis.Face-to-face interviews were conducted to investigate their 3-day 24-hour food consumption status.[Result]The consumption rate of dairy products among residents in Fujian province was 33.40%(3 457/10 349).The average consumption was 52.39 g/d in all participants and 156.82 g/d in consumers.Higher consumption was observed in the following groups:females(54.38 g/d),children aged 3-6 years(105.43 g/d),urban residents(73.75 g/d),residents from high-income families(76.60 g/d),and residents with high education levels(60.01 g/d).Additionally,97.89%of the population had a milk intake lower than the recommended amount(300-500 g/d)specified in the dietary guidelines.Liquid milk was the main type of dairy product consumed,with a consump-tion rate of 27.54%and an average consumption of 41.65 g/d.[Conclusion]The intake of dairy products among Fujian residents is generally insufficient.Continuous promotion and education of nutritional knowledge should be carried out to increase residents'milk intake.
