带式残膜打包装置作业工况监测系统设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of the operational condition monitoring system for a belt-type residual film baling device
针对现有残膜回收打包装置作业过程中缺乏打包状态监测功能等问题,设计带式残膜打包装置作业工况监测系统.该系统由传感器、外部电源、数据采集模块、车载监测终端及远程数据库构成,遵循实时同步的数据采集原则.系统以STM32 微处理器作为数据采集核心,接收并处理残膜打包装置传感器的原始信号;基于 Qt 开发平台,设计上位机数据处理程序与人机交互界面,实现工况数据的多线程高效协同处理.通过串口与 TCP 通信方式,完成行驶速度、打包室开合角度及状态、打包带线速度等残膜打包关键工况数据的实时传输与远程存储.开展田间动态试验验证系统方案的准确性,结果表明:系统综合测试期间,串口数据传输与 TCP 网络通信均正常;行驶速度监测平均准确率为 96.22%,打包室开合角度监测准确率达 95.45%,打包带线速度监测平均准确率为 97.16%,田间累计打包数量监测准确率达 95.83%.系统在田间作业中运行稳定可靠,有效提升驾驶员对残膜回收机带式打包装置作业状态的感知能力.
To address issues such as the lack of baling status monitoring in existing residual film recycling and packaging equipment,a working condition monitoring system for belt-type residual film packaging devices has been designed.This system comprises sensors,an external power supply,a data acquisition module,an on-board monitoring terminal,and a remote database,adhering to the principle of real-time synchronous data acquisition.The system employs an STM32 microprocessor as its data acquisition core,receiving and processing raw signals from the residual film baler's sensors.Utilizing the Qt development platform,a host computer data processing programme and human-machine interface have been designed to achieve efficient,multi-threaded collaborative processing of operational data.Through serial port and TCP communication protocols,it achieves real-time transmission and remote storage of critical operational data including travel speed,bale chamber opening/closing angles and status,and packaging strap line speed.Field dynamic trials validated the system's accuracy,with results indicating:during comprehensive testing,both serial data transmission and TCP network communication functioned normally;The average accuracy rate for travel speed monitoring was 96.22%,with a monitoring accuracy rate of 95.45%for the bale chamber opening/closing angle.The average accuracy rate for strapping line speed monitoring was 97.16%,and the monitoring accuracy rate for the cumulative number of bales produced in the field reached 95.83%.The system operated stably and reliably during field operations,effectively enhancing the driver's perception of the operational status of the residual film baler's belt-type baling device.
