西甜瓜有机肥深施机变量排肥装置设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of variable-rate fertilizer application device for deep placement of organic fertilizer in watermelon and melon crops
为解决西甜瓜种植中有机肥深施机存在的无法变量排肥、施肥不均匀和肥料易堵塞等问题,设计一种西甜瓜有机肥深施机变量排肥装置,主要包括有机肥肥箱、双螺旋输肥机构、碎肥器等部件,并阐述其工作原理,对关键部件进行设计计算确定参数.利用离散元仿真软件 EDEM 对碎肥和输肥能力仿真,结果显示,粉碎后粒径≤30 mm 的颗粒占比,提升至94.34%,双螺旋绞龙平均输送量 9.29 kg/s,满足设计要求.经试验分析,明确排肥转速对施肥均匀性变异系数和碎肥率影响最大,得到最佳因素组合为排肥转速 9.6 r/min、作业速度 1.9 km/h、碎肥转速 104.7 r/min,对应变异系数 27.6%、破碎率 94.8%.试验验证优化结果可靠,装置性能指标符合西甜瓜施肥要求.
To solve the problems of incapable variable-rate fertilizer discharge,uneven fertilization and easy fertilizer clogging in organic fertilizer deep applicators for watermelon and melon cultivation,a variable-rate fertilizer discharge device for organic fertilizer deep applicators used in watermelon and melon planting was designed.The device mainly comprises components including an organic fertilizer hopper,a double-helix fertilizer conveying mechanism and a fertilizer crusher,etc.Its working principle was elaborated,and parameters were determined via design and calculation of key components.The discrete element method simulation software EDEM was adopted to simulate the fertilizer crushing and conveying performances.The results indicated that the proportion of particles with a size≤30 mm after crushing was increased to 94.34%,and the average conveying capacity of the double-helix auger reached 9.29 kg/s,which satisfied the design requirements.Experimental analysis clarified that the rotational speed of fertilizer discharge exerted the most significant influence on the coefficient of variation of fertilization uniformity and the fertilizer crushing rate.The optimal factor combination was obtained as follows:fertilizer discharge rotational speed of 9.6 r/min,operating speed of 1.9 km/h,and fertilizer crushing rotational speed of 104.7 r/min,corresponding to a coefficient of variation of 27.6% and a crushing rate of 94.8%.Experimental verification proved that the optimized results were reliable,and the performance indicators of the device met the fertilization requirements for watermelons and melons.
