钉齿带式残膜回收机捡拾装置设计与试验OA
Design and test of pick-up device for spiked-tooth belt type residual film recycler
针对秋后棉田残膜回收过程中膜杂分离效果差、起膜效果差、作业方式单一的问题,设计一种钉齿带式残膜回收机捡拾装置.对捡拾装置关键部件进行设计,确定主动辊和清杂装置的结构;对拾膜钉齿的运动轨迹、挑膜条件及捡拾过程中残膜受力进行分析与计算,确定影响捡拾装置工作时的主要参数.对钉齿带式捡拾装置挑膜过程进行动力学仿真分析,仿真结果表明:拾膜钉齿齿根部应力最大,最大变形量在齿尖处,且拾膜钉齿挑膜运动过程中残膜未发生脱落.为验证捡拾装置作业性能,以机具前进速度、挑膜钉齿皮带输入转速、皮带安装角度为影响因素,以残膜回收率和含杂率为评价指标,采用综合评分法进行拟水平的正交试验.确定较优工作参数组合:机具前进速度为 8 km/h、皮带安装角度为90°、挑膜钉齿皮带输入转速为 124 r/min.利用较优参数组合进行试验验证,残膜回收率为 91.13%,含杂率为 30.78%,可为后续钉齿带式残膜回收机具优化提供参考.
Aiming at the poor film-impurity separation effect in the process of recycling residual film in the cotton field after autumn,the poor film lifting effect and the problem of a single mode of operation,this paper designs a kind of nail tooth belt type pick-up device.The key components of the pick-up device design,to determine the clearing device;on the nail teeth of the trajectory,picking film conditions and picking up the process of residual film force analysis and calculation,to determine the impact of the main parameters of the work of the pick-up device.Dynamic simulation analysis of the nail tooth belt pickup device picking film process,simulation results show that:nail tooth tooth root stress is the largest,the maximum deformation in the tip of the tooth,and the nail tooth picking film movement process of residual film did not fall off.In order to verify the operational performance of the picking device,taking the forward speed of the machine,the input speed of the film picking spike teeth and the belt installation angle as the influencing factors,and taking the residual film recovery rate and the impurity rate as the evaluation indexes,the integrated scoring method was used to carry out a pseudo-level orthogonal test,and to determine the better combination of the working parameters as follows:the forward speed of the machine was 8 km/h,the installation angle of the belt was 90°,and the input speed of the film picking spike teeth was 124 r/min.The optimal parameter combination was verified,and the residual film recovery rate was 91.13% and the impurity rate was 30.78%,which can provide a reference for the optimisation of the subsequent spiked-tooth belt-type residual film recycling machine.
