成熟期大蒜茎秆物理力学特性试验研究OA

Experimental study on physical and mechanical properties of garlic stem at maturity stage

针对大蒜收获机设计时缺乏必要的数据支持等问题,通过对成熟期大蒜的物理力学特性进行试验研究,采用农业田间数理统计方法对大蒜茎秆的几何特征进行分析,并将制成试验样本的成熟期大蒜进行含水率测定.采用 Box—Behnken 原理的正交旋转组合试验设计对大蒜茎秆剪切强度和大蒜茎秆所受最大载荷进行试验研究,结果表明:试验样本茎秆直径、剪切角度对大蒜茎秆的剪切强度影响显著,加载速度对剪切强度影响不显著;试验样本含水率对大蒜茎秆所受最大载荷影响极显著,茎秆直径和加载速度对最大载荷影响显著.应用 Design—Expert 12 软件分析,得出大蒜茎秆剪切强度及大蒜茎秆最大载荷最优参数组合.借助 Optimization 功能,以剪切强度和最大载荷取最小值为条件,求解回归模型得到最优参数:大蒜茎秆的剪切强度为 1.174 MPa,大蒜茎秆所能承受的最大载荷为 90.772 N.为研制大蒜收获机关键装置提供基础理论依据.

In view of the lack of necessary data support in the design of garlic harvester,the physical and mechanical properties of garlic in mature stage were studied experimentally.The geometric characteristics of garlic stalks were analyzed by mathematical statistics in agricultural field,and the moisture content of mature garlic was determined.The shear strength of garlic stem and the maximum load of garlic stem were studied by orthogonal rotation combination test design based on Box—Behnken principle.The results showed that the stem diameter and shear angle of the mature garlic test sample had a significant effect on the shear strength of garlic stem,and the loading speed had no significant effect on the shear strength.The moisture content of the test sample had a significant effect on the maximum load of garlic stem,and the stem diameter and loading speed had a significant effect on the maximum load.The optimal parameter combination of shear strength and maximum load of garlic stem was obtained by using Design—Expert 12 software.With the help of Optimization function,the optimal parameters obtained by solving the regression model are that the shear strength of garlic is 1.174 MPa and the maximum load that garlic stem can bear is 90.772 N under the condition of taking the minimum value of shear strength and maximum load.It provides a basic theoretical basis for the development of the key device of garlic harvester.
