针对城市园林草坪高效修剪与景观造型的智能化需求,设计一种基于矢量场直方图算法(VFH+)的自走式景观割草机.应用 Adams 和 Workbench 软件对切割结构进行设计及模态分析,采用 Design—Expert 软件以割草机的行驶速度、刀盘转速、割幅高度进行试验设计,建立回归模型并进行参数优化与验证,在 Matlab 中搭建避障仿真试验环境模型.整机性能试验表明,实际割茬高度调节范围为 40~110 mm,实际割茬幅度调节范围为 350~550 mm;模态分析结果表明,刀盘组对应的共振频率为 34 Hz、41 Hz 和 58 Hz,刀盘转速避开以上频率范围不会发生共振现象.作业性能试验结果表明,行驶速度为 5 km/h、刀盘转速为 3 000 r/min、割茬高度为 70 mm 时,割茬稳定率达到 92.5%,割幅利用率为99.3%,漏割损失率为 0.3%,满足割草作业基本要求.避障性能试验结果表明:基于 VFH+的避障控制算法的割草机实际避障通过率为 100%,避障性能满足作业使用要求,具有良好的通过性.

Aiming at the intelligent needs of efficient lawn mowing and landscape modeling in urban gardens,a self-propelled landscape mower based on the Vector Field Histogram Plus(VFH+)algorithm is designed.Adams and Workbench software were used to design the cutting structure and modal analysis,and Design—Expert software was used to carry out the experimental design.The regression model is established,the parameters are optimized and verified,and the obstacle avoidance simulation test environment model is built in Matlab.The performance test of the whole machine shows that the actual stubble height adjustment range is 40-110 mm and the actual stubble amplitude adjustment range is 350-550 mm;the modal analysis results show that the corresponding resonance frequencies of the cutter set are 34 Hz,41 Hz,and 58 Hz,and no resonance phenomenon occurs when the cutter speed avoids the above frequency range.The operational performance test results show that when the driving speed is 5 km/h,the rotational speed of the mower is 3 000 r/min and the stubble height is 70 mm,the stubble stabilization rate is 92.5%,the cutting width utilization rate is 99.3% and the missed cut loss rate is 0.3%,which meets the basic requirements of the mowing operation.Obstacle avoidance performance test results show that:based on the VFH+obstacle control algorithm mower's actual obstacle avoidance through rate of 100%,obstacle avoidance performance to meet the requirements of the operation,has a good throughput.
