基于烟草种植回收的农业地膜力学性能研究OA

Study on the mechanical properties of agricultural plastic film based on tobacco planting recycling

地膜覆盖能保温保湿,促进烟苗生长,但不及时回收将影响烟草后续生长.力学性能较好的地膜能在回收过程中降低破损率,降低回收二次利用的难度.根据福建省烟草种植在烟苗移栽 40 天后揭膜的农艺要求,针对烟草地膜回收过程中涉及的地膜拉伸、撕裂及穿刺力学性能设计试验,探究影响其力学性能的关键因素,并进行多元线性回归及相关性分析.结果表明:地膜拉伸时,地膜存在显著的各向异性,厚度对拉伸力的影响权重为 57.8%,对断裂伸长率的影响权重为49.3%,随着厚度的增加,拉伸性能显著加强;拉伸速度对拉伸力与断裂伸长率的影响并不显著;拉伸方向由纵向转变为横向对拉伸力的影响权重为-31.6%,对断裂伸长率的影响权重为 27.8%,拉伸方向为纵向时,拉伸性能较好.地膜撕裂时,厚度与撕裂力的斯皮尔曼相关系数为 0.985,p<0.05,说明厚度与撕裂力有强相关性,随厚度的增加,撕裂性能显著加强;撕裂速度与撕裂力的斯皮尔曼相关系数为 0.104,p>0.05,不具有强相关性.地膜穿刺时,厚度对穿刺力的影响权重为 91.2%,对穿刺强度的影响权重为 78.5%,随厚度增加,穿刺性能显著增加;穿刺方向对穿刺力的影响显著指标p>0.05,不具有显著性.可为烟草地膜回收机的设计与优化提供借鉴参考.

Plastic film covers can retain heat and moisture,promoting the growth of tobacco seedlings,but failure to remove them in a timely manner will affect the subsequent growth of tobacco plants.Plastic film with good mechanical properties can reduce the damage rate during the recycling process and reduce the difficulty of recycling and reuse.This study designed experiments to investigate the mechanical properties of plastic film used in tobacco cultivation,including tensile properties,tear properties,and puncture-resistant properties,during the plastic film recovery process,based on the agronomic requirement of removing film 40 days after transplanting tobacco seedlings in Fujian Province.It explored the key factors affecting these mechanical properties and conducted multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis.The results showed that when the plastic film was stretched,it exhibited significant anisotropy.The weight of thickness on tensile force was 57.8%,and the weight of thickness on elongation at break was 49.3%.As thickness increased,tensile properties were significantly enhanced.The effect of stretching speed on tensile force and elongation at break was not significant.The weighting of the effect of changing the stretching direction from longitudinal to transverse on tensile strength was-31.6%,and the weighting of the effect on elongation at break was 27.8%.When the stretching direction was longitudinal,the tensile properties were better.When the plastic film was torn,the Spearman correlation coefficient between thickness and tear strength was 0.985,p<0.05,indicating that thickness and tear strength were strongly correlated.As thickness increased,tear resistance significantly improved.The Spearman correlation coefficient between tear speed and tear force was 0.104,p>0.05,indicating no strong correlation.When puncturing plastic film,thickness had a 91.2% influence on puncture force and a 78.5% influence on puncture strength.As thickness increased,puncture performance increased significantly.The effect of puncture direction on puncture force was not significant with p>0.05,indicating no significant difference.The results of this study could provide some reference for the design and optimization of tobacco plastic film recovery machines.
