辣椒穴盘苗多爪并行式夹茎取投苗装置设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of a multi-claw parallel stem-clamping seedling picking and dropping device for pepper plug seedling
针对穴盘苗自动移栽夹钵式取苗易导致钵体破损降低取苗成功率,夹茎式取苗易造成苗体受伤、工作效率低等问题,开展一种多爪并行式夹茎取投苗装置设计与试验.该装置采用平面连杆—滑槽复合机构,由左右对称分布的 10 组夹持器和滑槽导向单元组成,在夹苗气缸推动以及左右螺旋丝杆驱动下,沿固定板、横向移动板及纵向移动板上的滑槽移动,使夹持臂开启、闭合以及左右往复移动,多杆多板协同运动完成夹苗、移苗、投苗动作,一次可夹取 10 穴钵苗并依次释放投苗,提高取投苗效率.搭建试制台架,采用苗龄为 35~50 d 的"中农绿亨线椒 363"穴盘苗进行取投苗台架试验,以取苗成功率、伤苗率及投苗成功率为评价指标.结果表明,采用聚氨酯材料夹持臂,当电机、气缸延时均为 1 s,苗盘电机脉冲数为 6 400 个,移苗电机脉冲数为 3 600 个时,取投苗频率为 60 株/min,取苗成功率为 97.33%,投苗成功率为95.89%,伤苗率为 0%.研究可为辣椒、番茄等旱地作物穴盘苗移栽技术改进优化提供参考.
In response to the issues prevalent in existing automatic plug seedling transplanting,where the pot-clamping method often leads to pot damage and reduced seedling picking success rates,and the stem-clamping method tends to cause seedling injury or incomplete pot extraction,a multi-claw parallel stem-gripping device for seedling picking and dropping was designed and tested in this study.This device adopts a planar linkage-slotted composite mechanism,consisting of 10 sets of symmetrically distributed clamping units and slotted guide units.Driven by clamping cylinders and left-right helical screws,the clamping arms move along slots on the fixed plate,transverse moving plate,and longitudinal moving plate,enabling opening,closing,and reciprocating lateral movements.Through coordinated motion of multiple linkages and plates,the device accomplishes seedling clamping,transferring,and dropping actions.It can simultaneously pick up 10 plug seedlings and release them sequentially,significantly improving the efficiency of seedling picking and dropping.A prototype test bench was constructed,and seedling picking and dropping tests were conducted using"Zhongnong Lüheng Xianjiao 363"pepper plug seedlings aged 35-50 days.The evaluation criteria included seedling picking success rate,seedling injury rate,and seedling dropping success rate.The results demonstrated that with polyurethane clamping arms and under the condition of a 1 s delay for both the motor and cylinder,a seedling tray motor pulse of 6 400,and a seedling transfer motor pulse of 3 600,the device achieved a picking and dropping frequency of 60 seedlings/min,with seedling picking success rate of 97.33%,seedling dropping success rate of 95.89%,and 0%seedling injury rate.This study can provide a reference for improving and optimizing transplanting techniques for pepper,tomato,and other dry-land crop plug seedlings.
