油菜脉冲气送式排种器设计与试验OA
Design and experiment of pulse air-fed seed metering device for rapeseed
针对长江中下游稻油轮作区油菜机械化直播过程中,种子入土跳动导致株距分布不均及出苗成行性不佳等问题,设计一种由分种轮取种、脉冲气流辅助投种的脉冲气送式排种器.构建排种过程种子受力模型,确定排种器主要结构参数.通过台架试验分析分种轮转速、气室截面比以及气流入射角对排种性能的影响.正交试验结果表明:当气室截面比为 4、气流入射角为 30°、分种轮转速为 55 r/min 时,排种器排种性能较优,合格指数、重播指数分别为 90.74%、3.70%,粒距变异系数为 6.80%.排种器在较优参数组合下的高速摄影分析结果表明:油菜种子经过气流加速后离开排种器的轨迹近似一条直线,油菜种子平均速度为 1.40 m/s,远小于气流作用下油菜破损碰撞速度.田间试验结果表明,油菜平均株距为 92.50 mm,株距变异系数为 7.20%.
In response to the problems of uneven distribution of plant spacing and poor emergence uniformity in rows caused by seed jumping into the soil during the mechanized direct seeding process of oilseed rape in the rice-oil rotation area in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,a kind of impulse air-feeding seed discharger,which is used to take seeds from the seed-splitting wheel and cast the seeds by the assistance of impulse airflow,was designed.The seed force model of seed discharge process was constructed,and the main structural parameters of the seed discharger were analyzed and determined.Bench test analyzed the effects of seed separation wheel speed,air chamber cross-section ratio and airflow incidence angle on the seed discharge performance,and the results of orthogonal tests showed that:when the air chamber cross-section ratio was 4,the airflow incidence angle was 30°,and the speed of the seed separation wheel was 55 r/min,the seed discharge performance was better,and the index of qualification and the index of replanting were 90.74% and 3.70%,and the coefficient of variation of the spacing of the grains was 6.80%,respectively.High-speed camera analysis shows that the trajectory of rapeseed seeds leaving the seed displacer after airflow acceleration is nearly a straight line,and the average speed of rapeseed seeds is 1.40 m/s,which is much smaller than the collision speed of rapeseed breaking under the action of airflow.The results of the field test showed that the average plant spacing of rapeseed was 92.50 mm,and the coefficient of variation of plant spacing was 7.20%.
