固沙植物自动扦插育苗机设计与试验OA

Design and experiment of automatic cuttings nursery machine for sand fixation plants

针对人工扦插固沙植物劳动强度大、效率低及成本高等问题,结合固沙植物扦插育苗农艺要求,设计一种固沙植物自动扦插育苗机,主要由履带行走系统及育苗系统组成.履带行走系统采用双电机差速驱动,并在车体同侧安装 2 个测距传感器,通过 PID 控制保证扦插时车体的水平位姿要求.育苗系统由扦插机构、储苗机构、横向移动机构及纵向移动机构组成,通过对储苗机构的设计,使得车体满载时铺设距离可达 32 m,计算分析确定其他部分主要结构参数.制作扦插育苗机物理样机以评估作业性能,结果表明:设计的育苗机对试验苗枝的扦插合格率为 93.8%,满足实际育苗需求.

Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high cost of manual cuttings of sand-fixing plants,combining with the agronomic requirements of seedling cutting of sand-fixing plants,an automatic cuttings nursery machine for sand-fixing plants is designed,which mainly consists of crawler walking system and seedling system.The crawler traveling system adopts dual motor differential drive,and two distance sensors are installed on the same side of the vehicle body,which ensures the horizontal position of the vehicle body when taking cuttings through PID control.The nursery system consists of the cutting mechanism,seedling storage mechanism,transverse moving mechanism and longitudinal moving mechanism.The design of the seedling storage mechanism makes the laying distance of the vehicle body up to 32 m when it is fully loaded,and the main structural parameters of the other parts are determined by computational analysis.Finally,a physical prototype was made to evaluate the operational performance of the seedling robot,and the results show that the designed seedling machine can meet the actual seedling requirements with a cutting success rate of 93.8%for the seedling branches.
