中文版Web3.0电子健康素养量表在老年人群中应用的信效度检验OA
Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Web 3.0 Electronic Health Literacy Scale in the elderly population
目的 评估中文版Web3.0电子健康素养量表在老年人群中应用的信度及效度.方法 选取2023年5月至10月在泰安市某三甲医院心内科(门诊、住院)的老年患者为研究对象,通过问卷星进行问卷调查及数据采集,检验量表的信效度.结果 Web3.0电子健康素养量表包含"获取能力""验证能力"和"应用能力"3个维度,共计24个条目,累计方差贡献率为63.001％.Pearson相关系数为各维度与量表总分之间的相关系数0.667～0.871,条目与量表总分相关系数0.492～0.722,具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),量表Cronbach's α系数0.933,折半信度0.785,重测信度0.773.结论 中文版Web3.0电子健康素养量表在老年人群中信度与效度指标均达到测量学标准,能够稳定、有效地评估老年人基于Web3.0环境的电子健康素养水平.
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Web 3.0 eHealth Literacy Scale in the elderly population.Methods Elderly patients from the cardiology department(outpatient and inpatient)of a tertiary hospital in Tai'an City were selected as participants from May to October2023.Data were collected via Wenjuanxing(an online survey platform)to assess the scale's reliability and validity.Results The Web 3.0 eHealth Literacy Scale consists of 24 items across three dimen-sions:"Acquisition Ability""Verification Ability"and"Application Ability"with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 63.001％.Pearson correlation coefficients between the dimensions and the total scale score ranged from 0.667 to 0.871,and those between individual items and the total score ranged from 0.492 to 0.722(all P＜0.01),indicating statistical significance.The scale demonstrated a Cronbach's α coefficient of 0.933,a split-half reliability of 0.785,and a test-retest reliability of 0.773.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Web 3.0 eHealth Literacy Scale meets psychometric standards for reliability and validity in the elderly population.It can stably and effectively assess the eHealth literacy level of older adults in a Web 3.0 environment.
