院前急救在急性缺血性脑卒中患者救治中的临床价值OA

Objective To investigate the clinical value of prehospital emergency care in the treatment of patients with acute is-chemic stroke.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by the cooperation between Tianjin Emergency Center and Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,and another 50 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to the hospital by themselves,were selected and divided into the prehospital group and the conventional group.The differences in treatment time and therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared.Results The time from onset to admis-sion in the prehospital group was(77.58±55.86)min,which was shorter than that in the conventional group[(104.7±53.01)min];the time from onset to the start of thrombolysis in the prehospital group[(129.34±57.41)min]was also much shorter than that in the conventional group[(163.72±53.00)min],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improve-ment in the NIHSS score at 7 days after thrombolysis compared with that at the time of admission assessment in the prehospital group was greater than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion This study confirms that the application of prehospital emergency care in the treatment process of acute ischemic stroke can reduce prehospital delay time,thus reducing the incidence of mortality and disability,and it has important clinical value.
