Objective To systematically search,summarize,and synthesize the best available evidence on fall risk assessment and management strategies for elderly patients with sarcopenia.Methods Guided by the"6S"evidence model,a systematic search was conducted in authoritative databases and platforms,including UpToDate,the Cochrane Library,BMJ Best Practice,NICE,SIGN,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data,from their inception to May 30,2025,for high-level evidence on fall risk assessment and re-habilitation interventions in elderly patients with sarcopenia.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening,quality appraisal,and data extraction.The synthesized evidence was formulated by integrating the retrieved literature with expert opinions.Results After retrieval and screening,8 publications were included:2 clinical practice guidelines,2 expert consensus statements,2 systematic reviews,1 literature review,and 1 randomized controlled trial,enriching the evidence base with both theoretical syntheses and empirical data.Sixteen best evidence statements were ultimately extracted,covering seven domains:fall risk assessment,multidis-ciplinary management,exercise intervention,nutritional support,environmental optimization,health education,and other relevant as-pects.Conclusion The summarized evidence is scientifically rigorous and clinically practical.It can serve as a reference for develo-ping individualized fall prevention and management plans for elderly patients with sarcopenia,thereby promoting evidence-based prac-tice in this field.
