我国死亡宠物无害化处理现状分析与思考OA

The emerging biosafety disposal of deceased pets was driven by changes in people's idea that pets could serve as their family members,with the development of social economy and their increasing emotional dependence on pets.The development of the industry was not only associated with the emotional needs of the public,but was also regarded as being of great significance to public health and safety.Centering on the industry,the construction of China's system was analyzed,especially in Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,which took the lead in this regard.At present,deceased pets were mainly disposed of by public-welfare mode,combined public-welfare and market-oriented mode,and fully market-oriented mode.Meanwhile,a wide variety of pet aftercare agencies were emerging rapidly,providing full-process and personalized services.Nevertheless,several problems were exposed during the rapid development of the industry,including incomplete legal framework,insufficient supply of supporting infrastructure,poor public awareness of biosafety disposal,and absence of an industry supervision mechanism.To this end,countermeasures were proposed from the perspectives of strengthening the construction of institutional framework,improving supporting infrastructure,enhancing public awareness,and completing market supervision mechanism,with a view to providing a reference for promoting the industry with standardized development.
