我国动物卫生风险评估工作进展、挑战与展望OA

The movement of animals and their products was sped up with continuous improvement of the level of large-scale and intensive production of China's livestock industry in recent years,leading to an increasingly complex and diverse trend in animal health risk factors.Here,the progress and practice of China's animal health risk assessment were reviewed,involving the areas of laws and regulations,organizational management,expert teams,technical standards,and both international and domestic assessment practices.The major challenges were analyzed,such as poor institutional and technical frameworks,insufficient building of systemic capacity and limited application areas in terms of depth and breadth.To this end,directions and approaches were proposed across four aspects,including continuous optimization of institutions and standards,improvement of operational system,extension of the application scope of risk assessment and intensification of zoning,with a view to providing a reference for advancing the overall capacity of animal health risk governance in China.
