根据世界动物卫生组织全球动物卫生信息系统(WOAH-WAHIS)数据统计,2020-2025年全球共有70个国家通报发生口蹄疫(FMD)疫情,累计报告疫情95 935起,发病动物142.9万头/只,死亡3.0万头/只;疫情主要流行于亚洲和非洲部分国家,其中印度尼西亚、巴基斯坦、伊朗、伊拉克、土耳其和南非等国家流行严重.报告的疫情数总体呈增长趋势,上半年疫情数多于下半年,2022年报告的疫情数和病例数达历史高峰,分别为6.2万起和71.1万头/只.感染动物多样,但仍以牛羊为主,牛羊病例数合计占全球的93.5%.O型流行分布广泛,SAT1和SAT2型出现跨洲传播,A型、Asia1型和SAT3型依然散发于少数国家.绝大部分拓扑型毒株流行区域没有发生大的变化,但也出现了O/EA-2、O/EA-3、SAT2/ⅩⅣ、SAT1/Ⅰ、SAT1/Ⅲ、SAT2/ⅩⅣ等拓扑型不断扩散到中东地区以及O/ME-SA/SA-2018扩散到德国等欧洲国家的新情况.全球FMD防控取得一定成效,但流行形势依然复杂严峻,新血清型和新型毒株传入我国的风险不断加大,需要不断完善FMD防控体系,提升防控能力.

A total of 95 935 outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)was cumulatively recorded by 70 countries from 2020 to 2025,involving 1.429 million animals affected and 30 000 animals died,as extracted from data registered by World Animal Health Information System ofWorld Organization for Animal Health(WOAH-WAHIS);the outbreaks were primarily prevalent in parts of Asia and Africa,especially serious in Indonesia,Pakistan,Iran,Iraq,Turkey and South Africa.The number of reported outbreaks was increasing,more in the first half of each year than in the second half,and reached a historical peak in 2022,together with that of the cases,up to 62 000 and 711 000,respectively.A variety of animal species were infected,but dominated by cattle and sheep,together accounting for 93.5%of global cases.Serotype O was widely distributed,while SAT1 and SAT2 spread across continents,and serotype A,Asia1 and SAT3 were still sporadic in a few countries.Most topotypes were mainly prevalent in previous regions,but O/EA-2,O/EA-3,SAT2/ⅩⅣ,SAT1/Ⅰ,SAT 1/Ⅲ and SAT2/ⅩⅣ continuously spread to the Middle East,and O/ME-SA/SA-2018 to Germany and other European countries.Global FMD was controlled to certain extent,but its prevalence status was still complex and severe,increasingly posing an entry risk of new serotypes and novel strains to China.Therefore,the FMD prevention and control system should be continuously completed to improve response capabilities.
