新型配电系统运行专用大模型关键技术展望OA
Key Technologies of Specialized Large Language Model for Operation of Next-era Distribution System:A Prospective Study
随着分布式资源与新型负荷规模化接入,配电系统运行面临结构复杂、动态多变及风险多源等挑战,传统机理建模与机器学习方法已难堪重负.大模型凭借其多模态融合与复杂任务推理的优势,为配网运行范式革新提供全新路径.该文通过分析配电系统结构性变化与功能转型背景下的运行技术难题,从电网运行视角梳理大模型技术的潜在价值与研究现状,进而揭示现有技术在配网认知、功能定位及应用体系的局限性;鉴于此,提出以构建大模型配网认知能力为基础,统筹调度各类算法工具为范式的配网运行专用大模型技术路径,并从态势感知、任务决策及应用模式设计 3 个维度,探讨其能力体系和构建方向;展望运行专用大模型在风险监测、跨区域泛化、车网互动、巡检运维等运行场景的应用前景,并重点说明其在数据表征、机理嵌入及可靠部署等方面的技术难题,以期为新型配电系统智能化发展提供参考.
With the large-scale integration of distributed devices and emerging loads,distribution systems face challenges such as structural complexity,dynamic variability,and multi-source risks,overwhelming traditional physics-based modeling and machine learning methods.Large language models(LLM),with their advantages in multi-modal fusion and complex task reasoning,offer a novel approach to revolutionizing operation paradigms.This paper systematically analyzes the technical bottlenecks under the structural evolution and functional transformation of distribution systems,reviews the potential value and current application status of LLMs in power system operation,and highlights their current limitations in grid cognition,functional positioning,and application architecture.In light of this,this paper proposes a technical path for a specialized LLM for distribution system operation,which is founded on building the model's cognitive capabilities for the grid and is characterized by a paradigm of orchestrating various algorithmic tools.Furthermore,it explores the capability system and development directions of this model from three dimensions:situational awareness,task decision-making,and application mode design.Finally,it envisions application prospects for the LLM in risk monitoring,field operation and maintenance,cross-regional generalization,and vehicle network interaction,while emphasizing key technical challenges in data representation,physics-informed mechanism embedding,and reliable deployment,with the aim of providing a reference for the intelligent development of new power distribution systems.
