考虑安全运行边界的低压配电交直流组网控制策略及工程应用OA
Control Strategy and Engineering Application of Low-voltage Distribution AC-DC Network Considering Safe Operating Boundary
随着分布式电源的爆发式增长和新型直流负荷的广泛接入,低压配电台区负载率不均衡现象突显,为配电网安全稳定运行带来了严峻挑战.对此,该文提出一种应用于低压互联台区的负载率均衡控制策略,在充分考虑安全运行边界的基础上,实现多个台区的集群化运行和负荷均衡调控.首先,给出柔性互联的交直流组网架构和典型运行模式;其次,以台区配变负载率相等为目标设计组网功率协调控制策略,实现全网不平衡功率在台区间的均衡自主分配;进一步,兼顾单体大负荷功率突增和常规负荷叠加波动特性,针对交流负荷增加引起的配变短时重过载甚至过流跳闸情况,配置电压源型换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)安全运行边界,为实现极端不平衡工况下配变集群负载率最大化均衡,提出越限功率循环均摊算法.结果表明,该文所提控制策略能有效解决台区功率不平衡问题,保障负荷大幅波动时系统安全稳定运行,具有较大实践意义和推广价值.
With the explosive growth of distributed power sources and the widespread integration of new DC loads,the imbalance of load rate in low-voltage power distribution area is prominent,which brings severe challenges to the safety and stability of distribution network.The paper proposes a load rate balancing control strategy applied to low-voltage interconnection substations,which fully considers the safe operation boundary and achieves cluster operation and load balancing regulation of multiple substations.Firstly,the flexible interconnection of AC/DC network architecture and typical operating modes are presented;Secondly,a power coordination control strategy is designed so as to achieve the balanced and independent distribution of the unbalanced power in the entire network;Further,taking into account the sudden increase in single unit high load power and conventional load superposition,this paper configures a VSC safe operation boundary to address the short-term heavy overload and even overcurrent tripping of distribution transformers caused by the increase in AC load.To achieve maximum load balancing of distribution transformer clusters under extreme unbalanced conditions,this study proposes an over limit power cycle sharing algorithm.Finally,the simulation verification and engineering practice results show that the control strategy presented in this paper could effectively solve the power imbalance problem in power distribution area and ensure the safety and stability of the system when the loads fluctuate significantly,which has great practical significance and promotion value.
