标准化协同赋能"韧性城市"建设的机制与路径研究OACHSSCD

With the acceleration of global climate change and urbanization,cities are facing increasingly complex and diverse risks such as natural disasters and public health events.Building resilient cities has become a core direction for enhancing emergency response capabilities and ensuring sustainable development.By sorting out the current status of compatibility of urban public management standards,this paper systematically analyzes the nonlinear influencing factors of standardization collaboration on resilient city construction,solves the problem of"emphasizing standardization and neglecting measurement"in traditional standardization research,optimizes the collaboration process,and constructs a standardized collaboration mechanism for resilient city public management.It also innovates the implementation path,eliminates departmental barriers,integrates resources,resolves the"urban disease"accumulated amid rapid urbanization,creates a new ecosystem featuring compatible institutional standards,and improves the efficiency of emergency response in such cities.These findings provide standardized theoretical support and practical guidance for resilient city construction.
