基于用户行为分析的标准文献数据埋点问题诊断和治理框架研究OACHSSCD

To enhance the capabilities of user behavior analysis and data-driven decision-making for standards literature service platforms,this study conducts a systematic diagnosis of the data tracking for the information service system and public service platform of the Shanghai Standards Library,which serve as the research objects.By constructing a three-dimensional diagnostic model that integrates data,business,and management layers,the study reveals that the existing tracking has room for optimization in terms of data collection validity,the depth of user behavior profiling,and the establishment of long-term governance mechanisms.In response,this research proposes a progressive governance framework of"data cleansing-business alignment-management closed-loop."This framework provides a clear theoretical reference and a feasible implementation path for similar professional service platforms to address the systemic challenges in data tracking governance.
