双氢青蒿素(DHA)作为青蒿素类核心衍生物,凭借独特过氧桥结构、优异药理活性及低动物毒性,兽医临床应用价值日益凸显.近年,在动物寄生虫病防控、动物抗肿瘤、自身免疫病治疗等领域突破显著,其"多靶点作用机制"与"宿主安全性"优势,成为解决兽医耐药难题、拓展治疗手段的关键候选药物.该文以"跨病种应用优势及机制创新性"为核心,梳理其在兽医临床的研究成果,分析瓶颈并展望方向,为临床转化提供参考.
As the core derivative of artemisinin,dihydroartemisinin(DHA)has increasingly prominent application value in veterinary clinical practice,thanks to its unique peroxide bridge structure,excellent pharmacological activity,and low toxicity to animals.In recent years,remarkable breakthroughs have been achieved in the fields of animal parasitic disease prevention and control,animal anti-tumor therapy,and autoimmune disease treatment in animals.Its advantages of"multi-target mechanism of action"and"host safety"have made it a key candidate drug for solving the problem of veterinary drug resistance and expanding therapeutic approaches.Focusing on the"cross-disease application advantages and mechanism innovation",this paper combs the research achievements of DHA in veterinary clinical practice,analyzes the bottlenecks,and prospects the development directions,so as to provide references for clinical transformation.
