Research Progress on Nutritional Regulation in Reducing Formation of Feline Urinary Calculi
猫泌尿结石是宠物临床常见的泌尿系统疾病,以发病率高,易复发为特点,严重威胁猫的健康与生活质量.该文综述猫泌尿结石的主要类型、营养影响因素及针对性的营养调控策略,重点阐述了蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、水分及膳食纤维等营养素对结石形成的作用机制,以及专用处方粮在结石预防与溶解中的应用,为临床猫泌尿结石的营养管理提供科学依据与实践指导.
Feline urinary calculi is a common urological disease in pet clinical practice,characterized by high incidence rates and a tendency to recur,posing a serious threat to feline health and quality of life.This review summarized the main types of feline urinary calculi,nutritional influencing factors,and targeted nutritional management strategies.It focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which nutrients such as protein,fat,minerals,water and dietary fiber contribute to urinary calculi formation,as well as the application of specialized prescription diets in prevention and dissolution.This provides a scientific basis and practical guidance for the nutritional management of feline urinary calculi in clinical practice.
