肥猪散发酵产物对昆明小鼠生长性能、脏器指数及血浆生化的影响OA
Effects of Fermented Feizhu San Product on Growth Performance,Organ Indices and Plasma Biochemistry of Kunming Mice
该试验旨在探究肥猪散发酵产物(FFP)对昆明小鼠生长性能、脏器指数及血浆生化的影响.选取60只健康昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,分为5组,记录小鼠体重及采食量,采集28 d后的小鼠血液、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏,检测脏器指数及血浆生化变化.结果显示,1%FFP组、2%FFP组终末体重、平均日增重、谷丙转氨酶显著高于空白对照组、2%肥猪散组、0.5%FFP组(P<0.05).由此可见,FFP可提高小鼠生长性能,且未对机体造成不良影响,推荐剂量为1%.
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of fermented Feizhu powder product(FFP)on the growth performance,organ indices,and plasma biochemistry of Kunming mice.Sixty healthy Kunming mice,half male and half female,were selected and divided into five groups.Their body weight and feed intake were recorded,and blood,heart,liver,spleen,and kidney samples were collected on day 28 to detect changes in organ indices and plasma biochemistry.The results showed that the final body weight and ADG,ALT in the 1%FFP group and 2%FFP group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group,2%Feizhu powder group,and 0.5%FFP group(P<0.05).It can be concluded that FFP can improve the growth performance of mice without causing adverse effects on the body,and the recommended dosage is 1%.
