为鉴定吉林省放牧牛体表蜱虫种类及其携带牛泰勒虫的种类,在形态学观察的基础上,基于18S rRNA基因分别检测蜱体内携带泰勒虫情况.吉林地区共采集的326只蜱虫经形态学鉴定为长角血蜱和全沟硬蜱,它们占比为70.55%和29.45%.对蜱携带泰勒虫检测发现,吉林地区扩增出东方泰勒虫和中华泰勒虫,感染率为6.44%(21/326),其中舒兰市泰勒虫感染率最高(10.78%).系统进化分析显示,长角血蜱体内东方泰勒虫与甘肃分离株(MG799815)亲缘关系较近;全沟硬蜱体内中华泰勒虫与河南分离株(KX115427)亲缘关系较近.结果表明,吉林地区牛体表寄生的蜱虫优势种为长角血蜱,蜱携带东方泰勒虫和中华泰勒虫,为吉林地区牛泰勒虫病的防控提供了流行病学数据.

To identify the tick species on grazing cattle and the theileria species they harbor in Jilin Province,this study combined morphological observation.The 18S rRNA gene was used to detect Theileria in ticks.A total of 326 collected ticks were identified as Haemaphysalis longicornis and Ixodes persulcatus morphological and molecular methods,accounting for 70.55%and 29.45%respectively.Detection results showed that T.orientalis and T.sinensis were amplified in Jilin area,with an overall infection rate of 6.44%(21/326).Notably,Shulan City had the highest Theileria infection rate(10.78%).Phylogenetic analysis indicated that T.orientalis in Haemaphysalis longicornis was genetically close to the Gansu isolate(MG799815),while T.sinensis in Ixodes persulcatus had a close relationship with the Henan isolate(KX115427).In conclusion Haemaphysalis longicornis is the dominant tick species parasitizing cattle in Jilin,and the ticks carry T.orientalis and T.sinensis.This study provides essential epidemiological data for the prevention and control the prevention and control of bovine theileriosis in Jilin Province.
