饲料精粗比对肉牛生长性能、免疫功能的影响OA
Effects of Feed Concentrate to Roughage Ratio on Growth Performance and Immune Function of Beef Cattle
为探讨不同饲料精粗比对肉牛生长性能及免疫功能的影响.选取60头西门塔尔杂交肉牛,随机分为4组,每组3个重复、每个重复5头,饲料精粗比分别为75∶25、70∶30、65∶35和60∶40.试验期为90 d.结果可知,与高精料组相比,精粗比为65∶35和60∶40的肉牛终体重与平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).免疫指标方面,65∶35和60∶40组肉牛血清IgG与IL-4含量显著升高(P<0.05),其中60∶40组IgM和IgA水平均显著增加(P<0.05).饲料精粗比对肉牛生长性能与免疫功能具有显著影响,在该试验条件下,精粗比为60∶40时综合效果最佳.
This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different concentrate-to-roughage ratios on the growth performance and immune function of beef cattle.Sixty Simmental crossbred beef cattle were randomly assigned to four groups with concentrate-to-roughage ratios of 75∶25,70∶30,65∶35,and 60∶40,respectively,for a 90-day feeding trial.Cattle fed diets with ratios of 65∶35 and 60∶40 showed significantly higher final body weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),while their feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05).Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and interleukin-4(IL-4)levels were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the 60∶40 group also exhibited higher IgM and IgA concentrations(P<0.05).The concentrate-to-roughage ratio significantly affects growth and immune function in beef cattle,with the 60∶40 ratio providing the most favorable results under the conditions of this study.
