目的:对比在肉牛疥螨病治疗过程中不同药物的综合应用效果.方法:对200头患有疥螨病的肉牛开展试验研究,试验时间在2024年5月—2025年4月,将200头肉牛随机分为2组,一组病牛口服伊维菌素药物,另一组使用20%双甲脒乳油治疗,分别命名为A组、B组,肉牛均治疗2次,对比肉牛的症状体征变化、治疗效果、治疗不良反应并完成数据分析.结果:A组在首次用药后第7天的瘙痒明显减轻,B组瘙痒依然较明显.完成2次用药后,A组的疥螨减少率、治疗总有效率均高于B组,数据分析有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组用药不良反应发生率为2.00%,小于B组10.00%的不良反应发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:伊维菌素、双甲脒均可用药防治牛疥螨病,按照间隔7 d重复用药的治疗方案,伊维菌素对肉牛疥螨病的治疗效果较双甲脒能更快起效,能有效杀灭疥螨,保证整体疗效以及用药治疗安全性,可将伊维菌素可作为肉牛疥螨病治疗的重要方法之一.

Objective:To compare the comprehensive application effects of different drugs in the treatment of scabies in beef cattle.Methods:A trial study was conducted on 200 beef cattle with scabies from May 2024 to April 2025.The 200 beef cattle were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with oral ivermectin,and the other group was treated with 20%amitraz emulsifiable oil,named Group A and Group B respectively.Both groups were treated twice.The changes in symptoms and signs of the beef cattle,treatment effects,and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results:The itching in Group A was significantly reduced on the seventh day after the first administration,while the itching in Group B was still relatively obvious.After two administrations,the scabies reduction rate and the total effective rate of treatment in Group A were higher than those in Group B,and the data analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Group A was 2.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both ivermectin and amitraz can be used to prevent and treat scabies in beef cattle.According to the treatment plan of repeated administration every 7 days,ivermectin can take effect faster in the treatment of scabies in beef cattle,effectively kill scabies mites,and ensure the overall therapeutic effect and the safety of drug treatment.Therefore,ivermectin can be used as one of the important methods for the treatment of scabies in beef cattle.
