牛粪燃烧炭灰复合垫料对常见病原菌抑菌效果的研究OA
Study on the Antibacterial Effect of Cow Dung Combustion Ash Composite Bedding Material against Common Pathogens
开发以牛粪燃烧炭灰为基础的新型环保抑菌牛床垫料,评估其对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果,并探讨其抑菌机制与环境因子的关系.通过模拟牛床试验,比较复合垫料与传统稻壳末垫料的抑菌性能,测定第0、3、7天病原菌数量及pH值、氨氮含量,分析其相关性.7 d后,试验组对3种病原菌的抑菌率、pH值、氨氮含量和对照组差异显著.牛粪炭灰复合垫料通过形成高碱性环境有效抑制病原菌,兼具抑菌功能与农业废弃物资源化利用价值,应用前景良好.
This study aimed to develop a novel eco-friendly antibacterial cattle bedding material based on cow manure combustion ash,and to evaluate its inhibitory effects against common pathogens(E.coli,Salmonella,and S.aureus),while exploring the relationship between its antibacterial mechanism and environmental factors.Through simulated cattle bedding trials,composite bedding was compared with traditional rice husk bedding.Pathogen counts,pH,and ammonia nitrogen content were measured on days 0,3,and 7,with correlations analyzed between these indicators.After 7 days,the composite bedding showed inhibition rates,pH and ammonia nitrogen content significant difference compaired with the control.Cow manure ash composite bedding effectively inhibits pathogens by creating a highly alkaline environment,demonstrating both antibacterial efficacy and agricultural waste recycling potential,with promising application prospects.
