1例隆林黄牛源产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验分析OA
Isolation,Identification and Drug Susceptibility Test Analysis of Clostridium perfringens from Longlin Yellow Cattle
为明确广西隆林县某养牛专业户发病死亡牛的致病病原,为临床疫病诊治提供科学依据.该试验结合发病牛的流行病学调查,无菌采集1头死亡犊牛的心脏、脾脏、肝脏等组织样品,通过细菌分离培养纯化获得1株优势菌株,随后对其开展培养特性观察、生化鉴定及药敏试验.结果显示,该分离菌株为产气荚膜梭菌.药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对头孢噻呋钠、氟苯尼考、多西环素表现出高度敏感性,而对链霉素、卡那霉素、青霉素、红霉素、泰乐菌素均不敏感.结果表明,此次导致该养殖场牛突然死亡的病原为产气荚膜梭菌,且该分离株对临床常用的部分抗生素存在耐药性,头孢噻呋钠、氟苯尼考、多西环素可作为临床防控的首选药物.
To identify the pathogenic pathogen responsible for the illness and death of cattle on a specialized cattle farm in Longlin County,Guangxi,and to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,this study was conducted.Based on epidemiological investigations of the affected cattle,sterile samples of heart,spleen,liver,and other tissues were collected from a dead calf.A dominant bacterial strain was isolated and purified through bacterial culture,and subsequently subjected to observations of cultural characteristics,biochemical identification,and drug susceptibility testing.The results showed that the isolated strain was Clostridium perfringens.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing indicated that this strain was highly sensitive to Ceftiofur Sodium,Florfenicol,and Doxycycline,but not sensitive to Streptomycin,Kanamycin,Penicillin,Erythromycin,and Tylosin.The results demonstrate that the pathogen causing the sudden death of cattle on this farm is Clostridium perfringens,and the isolate exhibits resistance to some commonly used clinical antibiotics.Ceftiofur Sodium,Florfenicol,and Doxycycline can be recommended as the first-choice drugs for clinical prevention and control.
