Bioinformatics Analysis and Tissue Expression of Crustin Gene in Litopenaeus vannamei
该研究对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)Crustin基因进行生物信息学分析.通过NCBI获取其cDNA序列,并利用多种工具预测其理化性质、结构特征、跨膜区、信号肽、亚细胞定位、磷酸化位点及蛋白互作.结果显示,该蛋白分子量约15.31 kDa,等电点8.00,整体稳定且略偏疏水;二级和三级结构均以无规卷曲为主;未检测到跨膜结构,但存在潜在信号肽,提示其可能为分泌型蛋白.亚细胞定位预测显示其主要分布于细胞质,并具备细胞外运输潜力;磷酸化分析表明其可能参与多条信号通路;互作预测显示其与含WAP结构域的抗菌相关蛋白存在联系.研究结果为进一步探索Crustin的结构特征及免疫功能提供参考.
This study performed a bioinformatics analysis of the Litopenaeus vannamei Crustin gene.The cDNA sequence was obtained from NCBI,and multiple online tools were used to predict its physicochemical properties,structural features,transmembrane regions,signal peptide,subcellular localization,phosphorylation sites,and protein interactions.The results showed that the protein has a molecular weight of approximately 15.31 kDa with an isoelectric point of 8.00,is generally stable,and exhibits slight hydrophobicity.Both secondary and tertiary structures were predominantly random coils.No transmembrane regions were detected,but a potential signal peptide was identified,suggesting it may be a secretory protein.Subcellular localization predicted it to be mainly distributed in the cytoplasm with potential extracellular transport.Phosphorylation analysis revealed multiple sites potentially involved in several signaling pathways.Protein interaction analysis indicated associations with antimicrobial proteins containing WAP domains.These findings provide a theoretical basis for further investigation into the structural characteristics and immune-related functions of Crustin.
