辽南地区1例犬脓皮病病原菌分离鉴定及药敏分析OA
Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Pathogenic Bacteria in a Case of Canine Pyoderma in Southern Liaoning Region
该研究采用PCR分子生物学技术和细菌分离鉴定的方法,对辽南某动物医院1例脓皮病犬的皮肤组织和脓液的样本进行研究.结果表明,该细菌分离鉴定结果为伪中间型金黄色葡萄球菌,该菌株对多种药物耐药,只对头孢唑林敏感.
This study employed PCR molecular biology techniques and bacterial isolation and identification methods to conduct research on the skin tissue and pus samples of a dog with pyoderma at an animal hospital in southern Liaoning.The results showed that the bacterial isolation and identification result was pseudintermediate Staphylococcus aureus.This strain was resistant to various drugs and was only sensitive to cefazolin.
