穿心莲内酯与恩诺沙星联合用药对禽源大肠杆菌的体外抑菌试验OA
In Vitro Antibacterial Effect of Combination Therapy of Andrographolide and Enrofloxacin on Avian Escherichia coli
为研究穿心莲内酯与恩诺沙星联用对禽源耐药大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用.选取实验室分离鉴定的非重复耐药大肠杆菌MRE1～MRE13及质控菌ATCC25922,采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定穿心莲内酯和恩诺沙星单用和联用时对试验菌的最低抑菌浓度,及联合用药抑菌浓度指数.14株试验菌株中,11株表现出良好的协同或相加作用(FIC≤1).一定浓度的穿心莲内酯与恩诺沙星联用,对耐药大肠杆菌的体外抑菌具有较强的协同作用,二者恰当联用能在一定程度上降低恩诺沙星耐药性的产生.
To investigate the in vitro antibacterial effect of the combination of Chuanxinlian lactone and enrofloxacin on avian resistant Escherichia coli.Select the non repetitive drug-resistant Escherichia coli MRE1～MRE13 and quality control bacterium ATCC25922 isolated and identified in our laboratory,and use the micro broth dilution method to determine the MIC of Chuanxinlian lactone and enrofloxacin on the test bacteria when used alone and in combination,and calculate the FIC of the combination therapy.The results showed that among the 14 experimental strains,11 exhibited good synergistic or additive effects(FIC≤1),while the sterile strains showed antagonistic effects.The experiment showed that a certain concentration of andrographolide combined with enrofloxacin has a strong synergistic effect on the in vitro inhibition of drug-resistant Escherichia coli.Proper combination of the two can reduce the development of enrofloxacin resistance.
