犬脂肪间充质基质细胞来源外泌体(cAD-MSC-Exos)作为一类具有重要生物学作用的细胞外囊泡,富含核酸、蛋白质和脂质等生物活性分子,具有低免疫原性、高稳定性以及跨物种治疗兼容性等优势,近年因其独特的治疗潜力成为了宠物医疗领域的研究热点.当前,cAD-MSC-Exos的应用已初显成效,伴随着工程化外泌体修饰及靶向递送技术的发展,并通过与人工智能及生物材料等交叉融合,cAD-MSC-Exos有望推动宠物医疗市场的革新.然而,其转化应用仍受限于规模化制备技术不成熟、作用机制解析不足以及缺乏统一的质量评价体系等.因此,充分了解掌握cAD-MSC-Exos的生物学特性与作用机制、提取技术、临床应用及未来发展方向,有助于为宠物相关细胞治疗提供技术依据与帮助.

Canine adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cell-exosomes(cAD-MSC-Exos),as biologically significant extracellular vesicles enriched with bioactive molecules(e.g.,nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids),stand out for their low immunogenicity,high stability,and cross-species therapeutic compatibility.They have become a research focus in veterinary medicine due to their unique therapeutic potential.With advances in engineered exosome modification,targeted delivery technologies,and the integration of artificial intelligence with biomaterials,cAD-MSC-Exos applications have demonstrated preliminary efficacy and are expected to drive innovation in the veterinary medical market.However,clinical translation remains constrained by underdeveloped large-scale production techniques,insufficient mechanistic understanding,and the absence of unified quality evaluation standards.Therefore,comprehensive investigation into the biological properties,mechanisms of action,isolation techniques,and clinical applications of cAD-MSC-Exos is essential to provide technical guidance for veterinary cell-based therapies.
