Analysis of Microbial Diversity in the Feces of Sika Deer with Different Velvet Production Traits

为观测不同产茸性状梅花鹿的粪便微生物多样性,选择健康、雄性梅花鹿160头,分为8组,每组20头,对梅花鹿的鹿茸进行采收及产量测定,粪便采集并进行微生物多样性分析.试验结果表明,随着年龄和锯别的增加,梅花鹿鹿茸产量呈现先升高、后降低、又升高的趋势,2~6锯逐渐升高,之后降低,9锯又达到峰值,2个产茸高峰为6锯和9锯,二者差异不显著(P>0.05);Chao1指数2~8锯先降低后升高,5锯~8锯逐渐升高,5锯最低,与7锯和8锯相比差异显著(P<0.05).Observed_species指数5锯最低,与8锯相比差异显著(P<0.05).Faith_pd指数随着锯别和年龄的增加显著增加(P<0.05).2~4锯梅花鹿粪便微生物菌群比较单一,且不稳定,5锯以后微生物丰富度稳步上升.

In order to observe the fecal microbial diversity of sika deer with different antler production traits,160 healthy and male sika deer were divided into 8 groups and 20 deer in each group.The antler of sika deer was harvested and the yield was measured.Fecal collection and microbial diversity analysis were conducted.The experimental results showed that as age and saw type increased,the antler yield of sika deer showed a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and then increasing again.The antler yield gradually increased from 2 to 6 saw,then decreased,and reached its peak again at 9 saw.The two antler production peaks were 6 saw and 9 saw,and the difference between the two was not significant(P>0.05);The Chao1 index first decreased and then increased from 2 to 8 saws,gradually increased from 5 to 8 saws,and was the lowest at 5 saws,with significant differences compared to 7 saws and 8 saws(P<0.05).The Observed_species index was the lowest in saw 5,with a significant difference compared to saw 8(P<0.05).The Faith_pd index significantly increased with the increase of sawing and age(P<0.05).The microbial community in the feces of 2~4 saws of spotted deer is relatively simple and unstable,while the microbial richness steadily increases after 5 saws.
