糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一,也是全球工作年龄段成人视力丧失的首要原因,其发生发展与慢性高血糖、高血压、血脂异常等因素密切相关,疾病负担随糖尿病患病率攀升而持续加重.美国糖尿病协会(ADA)《糖尿病诊疗标准(2025)》明确了 DR危险因素控制目标、基于风险分层的筛查策略以及抗血管内皮生长因子治疗等核心管理建议,强调了综合代谢管理与早期干预的重要性.本文通过对ADA《糖尿病诊疗标准(2025)》的全面解读,旨在帮助临床工作者深入理解DR防治的最新循证依据,推动分层筛查和个体化治疗策略的落地实施,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务.
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)remains one of the most critical microvascular complications of diabetes and the leading cause of vision loss among working-age adults globally.Its pathogenesis and progression are closely associated with chronic hyperglycemia,hypertension,and dyslipidemia.The disease burden continues to escalate with the rising prevalence of diabetes.The American Diabetes Association's Standards of Care in Diabetes(2025)delineates targets for controlling DR risk factors,risk stratification-based screening strategies,anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy,and other core management recommendations,and meanwhile emphasizes the importance of integrated metabolic management and early intervention.Through a comprehensive interpretation of the American Diabetes Association's Standards of Care in Diabetes(2025),this article aims to assist clinicians in deeply understanding the latest evidence-based approaches for DR prevention and treatment,promote the implementation of stratified screening and individualized treatment strategies,and ultimately de-liver higher-quality healthcare services to patients.
