不同种植年限半边红李营养品质及土壤养分特征的相关性研究OA
Correlation between nutrient quality and soil nutrient characterization of Prunus salicina cv.Banbianhong in different planting years
[目的]明确不同种植年限半边红李营养品质与土壤养分限制因子的关系.[方法]以种植7、8、11、15和17年的绥江半边红李(Prunus salicina cv.Banbianhong)园地为研究对象,测定成熟期果实中总糖、总酚、总黄酮和维生素C等关键营养物质含量及种植园土壤中大量、中量和微量元素变化,结合线性逐步回归和冗余分析不同种植年限李果营养品质和土壤养分的关系.[结果]在种植7年时总糖含量最高为6.3 g/100 g,随着种植年限的延长,半边红李的总糖、可滴定酸、总黄酮、氨基酸、苹果酸呈降低趋势.而种植11年后总酚和维生素C较种植7年后分别增加297.28%和69.18%(P<0.05).土壤中锰、锌、钙、速效磷含量和种植年限是影响半边红李品质的主要因素,钙、铁和速效磷含量随种植年限延长呈先上升后下降趋势,其中钙和速效磷含量对半边红李中总酚含量影响最大,其贡献度分别为93.40%和33.70%;种植年限和钙含量对总黄酮含量影响最大,其贡献度分别为65.1%和56.5%.RDA分析表明,随着种植年限的延长,土壤中锰、钙和速效磷含量逐渐成为半边红李营养品质的限制因子.[结论]建议种植年限较短的半边红李园地(10年以下),在平衡施用氮、磷、钾肥的基础上,尤其应补充钙和铁肥.对于种植年限超过15年的半边红李园地应及时补充钙和磷肥,重点补充微量元素锰和锌肥.
[Objective]The study aims to clarify the relationship between the nutritional quality and soil nutrient limiting factors of half-bor-der red plum in different planting years.[Method]The P.salicina cv.Banbianhong orchards planted in the 7,8,11,15 and 17 years were used as the research objects,the key fruit nutrient contents of total sugars,total phenols,total flavonoids and vitamin C,the changes of mas-sive,medium and micro-elements in the soil of the orchard were determined.The linear stepwise regression and redundancy analysis were used to explore the relationship between nutrient quality of plum fruits and soil nutrients at different planting years.[Result]The total sugar content of P.salicina cv.Banbianhong was the highest at 6.3 g/100 g in the 7 years.The total sugar,titratable acid,total flavonoids,amino acids,and malic acid of P.salicina cv.Banbianhong showed a decreasing trend with the increase of planting years,meanwhile,the rate of cit-ric acid was gradually increased.Compared with 7 years,total phenols and vitamin C were significantly increased by 297.28%and 69.18%,respectively,after 11 years of planting(P<0.05).The quality of P.salicina cv.Banbianhong was mainly affected by planting year and soil content of manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca)and available phosphorus(AP).Then the contents of Ca,iron(Fe)and AP were in-creased and then decreased with the prolongation of planting year.The contents of Ca and AP had the greatest influence on the total phenol content of P.salicina cv.Banbianhong,and the contribution was 93.40%and 33.70%.The flavonoid content was mainly affected by the planting year and Ca,contributing 65.10%and 56.50%.The RDA analysis showed that with the increase in planting years,Mn,Ca and AP gradually became the limiting factors for the nutritional quality.[Conclusion]For the younger planting years of P.salicina cv.Banbianhong orchards(under 10 years),it is recommended that based on balanced application of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizers,especially the Ca and Fe fertilizers are supplemented.For planting more than 15 years,the Ca and phosphorus fertilizers are supplemented timely,and key supplementation with micro-nutrients Mn and Zn fertilizer.
