[目的]明确云南省主栽品种对黑胫病的抗性差异,筛选抗病种质资源,为抗病育种及生产应用提供理论依据.[方法]以17个马铃薯品种为材料,采用前期分离鉴定的黑腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium atrosepticum)和巴西果胶杆菌(P.brasiliense)为接种菌株,分别采用薯块接种法和幼苗刺伤法对块茎和植株进行抗性鉴定,以病斑占叶面积比率(病斑占比率)和病情指数为评价指标,并结合聚类分析对各品种抗性水平进行综合评价.[结果]薯块接种结果表明,17个马铃薯品种中有6个品种表现出稳定的抗病性.其中,陇薯7号和宣薯11号在3个处理(即P.brasiliense、P.atrosepticum及2种病原菌混合处理)下均表现为高抗,宣薯11号的病斑占比率分别为12.85%、12.68%和9.03%,陇薯7号分别为14.34%、14.22%和11.98%;丽薯6号在3个处理下的病斑占比率分别为24.95%、18.43%和17.92%,干巴洋芋分别为21.24%、21.29%和23.30%,均表现为抗病;青薯9号的病斑占比率分别为79.40%、62.00%和74.41%,宣薯2号分别为79.40%、76.58%和66.91%,均表现为高感.温室盆栽幼苗接种试验结果与薯块接种结果基本一致.接种5 d后,陇薯7号和宣薯11号在3个处理下病情指数均低于15,发病率低于33.33%,表现为高抗;青薯9号在3个处理中发病率均为100%,病情指数高于70,表现为高感.[结论]不同马铃薯品种对黑径病菌的抗性存在显著差异.宣薯11号和陇薯7号在2种接种方式下均表现为高抗,可作为抗病育种和生产应用的重要种质资源;青薯9号和宣薯2号为高感,其余品种表现出不同程度的抗性水平.

[Objective]The study aimed to assess the resistance differences variations among the major potato varieties cultivated in Yunnan province and identify resistant germplasm resources to support breeding programs and sustainable production.[Method]Seventeen potato cul-tivars were evaluated for resistance to two pathogenic strains,Pectobacterium atrosepticum and P.brasiliense,using tuber slice inoculation and seedling stem puncture inoculation assays.Resistance was assessed at both the tuber and plant levels,with lesion area ratio(percentage of le-sion area)and disease index used as evaluation parameters.Cluster analysis was performed to comprehensively classify the resistance levels of the tested cultivars.[Result]Tuber inoculation results showed that six of the 17 cultivars exhibited stable resistance to blackleg pathogens.A-mong them,'Longshu 7'and'Xuanshu 11'showed high resistance under three treatments(Pectobacterium brasiliense,P.atrosepticum,and a mixed inoculation of the two pathogens).The lesion ratios of'Xuanshu 11'were 12.85%,12.68%and 9.03%,respectively,while those of'Longshu 7'were 14.34%,14.22%and 11.98%.'Lishu 6'showed lesion ratios of 24.95%,18.43%and 17.92%,and'Ganba Yangyu'showed 21.24%,21.29%and 23.30%under the three treatments,all indicating resistance.In contrast,'Qingshu 9'exhibited le-sion ratios of 79.40%,62.00%and 74.41%,and'Xuanshu 2'showed 79.40%,76.58%and 66.91%,both indicating high susceptibili-ty.The results of the greenhouse pot seedling inoculation experiment were generally consistent with those of the tuber inoculation test.Five days after inoculation,the disease index of'Longshu 7'and'Xuanshu 11'under all three treatments was lower than 15 and the incidence rate was lower than 33.33%,indicating high resistance.In contrast,'Qingshu 9'showed a 100%incidence rate and a disease index higher than 70 under all treatments,indicating high susceptibility.[Conclusion]Significant differences in resistance to potato blackleg were observed among the tested cultivars.'Xuanshu 11'and'Longshu 7'exhibited stable and high levels of resistance under both inoculation methods and could serve as valuable germplasm resources for resistance breeding and commercial cultivation.'Qingshu 9'and'Xuanshu 2'were highly susceptible,while the remaining cultivars displayed intermediate resistance levels.
