播幅和施氮水平对新芒1号老芒麦种子产量及质量的影响OA
Effects of Different Sowing Widths and Nitrogen Application Levels on Seed Yield and Quality of Elymus sibiricus L.
为探究播幅和施氮水平对新芒1号老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus L.cv.Xinman No.1)种子产量、构成因素及种子质量的影响.采用双因素随机区组设计,设置3种播幅(3、5、10 cm)和4个施氮水平(0、45、90、135 kg/hm2),每个处理3个重复,测定老芒麦种子产量及产量构成因素、发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,筛选新芒1号老芒麦种子生产最优种植配置组合.播幅、施氮水平及其交互作用显著影响了老芒麦分蘖数、生殖枝数、每生殖枝小穗数、千粒重及种子产量(P<0.05);10 cm播幅+90 kg/hm2 施氮处理分蘖数、生殖枝数、实际种子产量显著高于其他处理,分别为1 570.37枝、944.69枝、1 680.63 kg/hm2(P<0.05);播幅和施氮水平分别对发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数影响显著(P<0.05),与常规条播不施氮相比,10 cm播幅+90 kg/hm2 施氮处理表现最优,发芽势为90.25%、发芽指数为13.16、活力指数为3.33(P<0.05).通径分析表明,生殖枝数直接通径系数0.907,对种子产量的直接贡献最大.新芒1号老芒麦在10 cm播幅+90 kg/hm2 施氮条件下可获得最佳的种子产量与种子质量.
In order to investigate the effects of sowing widths and nitrogen application rates on seed yield,yield components and seed quality of Elymus sibiricus L.cv.Xinman No.1,a two-factor randomized block design was adopted.Three sowing widths(3 cm,5 cm,10 cm)and four nitrogen application rates(0,45,90,135 kg/hm2)were set with three replications per treatment.Seed yield,yield components,ger-mination percentage,germination energy,germination index and vigor index were measured to screen the optimal planting combination for seed production of Elymus sibiricus L.cv.Xinman No.1.Sowing widths,nitro-gen application rates and their interaction significantly affected the number of tillers,reproductive shoots,spikelets per reproductive shoot,1000-grain weight and seed yield(P<0.05).The treatment of 10 cm so-wing width+90 kg/hm2 nitrogen had significantly higher number of tillers(1 570.37 shoots),reproductive shoots(944.69 shoots)and actual seed yield(1 680.63 kg/hm2)than other treatments(P<0.05).So-wing widths and nitrogen application rates significantly influenced germination energy,germination index and vigor index respectively(P<0.05).Compared with conventional drilling without nitrogen applica-tion,10 cm sowing width+90 kg/hm2 nitrogen performed the best,with germination energy of 90.25%,germination index of 13.16 and vigor index of 3.33(P<0.05).Path analysis showed that the number of reproductive shoots had the largest direct contribution to seed yield with a direct path coefficient of 0.907.The optimal seed yield and quality of Elymus sibiricus L.cv.Xinman No.1 could be obtained under the condition of 10 cm sowing width combined with 90 kg/hm2 nitrogen application rates.
