南疆盐渍化棉田硫酸铵替代尿素配合外源碳添加及磷肥前移技术对棉花产量的影响OA
An Integrated Rhizosphere Management Technology for High Yield and High Efficiency of Cotton in Saline-Alkali Soils in Southern Xinjiang
为验证硫酸铵替代尿素酸化根际+外源碳添加+磷肥前移技术在南疆盐渍化棉田的增产增收效果,于2024-2025年分别在阿克苏地区阿瓦提县与新和县开展了田间试验.在阿瓦提试验点,对照组施肥量为尿素675 kg/hm2、磷酸一铵550 kg/hm2,试验组施肥量为尿素506 kg/hm2、硫酸铵370 kg/hm2、磷酸一铵550 kg/hm2、有机水溶肥45 kg/hm2;新和试验点,对照组施肥量为尿素600 kg/hm2、磷酸一铵225 kg/hm2,试验组施肥量为尿素360 kg/hm2、硫酸铵570 kg/hm2、磷酸一铵195 kg/hm2、有机水溶肥45 kg/hm2.测定了对照组与试验组的生物量、产量、产量构成要素、氮磷肥偏生产力及经济效益.结果表明,阿瓦提、新和试验点,与对照组相比,2024年、2025年试验组皮棉产量无显著变化(P>0.05).与对照组相比,2024年阿瓦提、新和试验点,2025年阿瓦提试验点,试验组单株地上生物量差异不显著(P>0.05),2025年新和试验点试验组单株地上生物量增加25.0%(P<0.05).与对照组相比,2024年新和试验点、2025年阿瓦提、新和试验点,试验组氮肥偏生产力无显著变化(P>0.05);2024年阿瓦提试验点试验组氮肥偏生产力显著提高19.1%(P<0.05).与对照组比,2024年新和试验点、2025年阿瓦提试验点试验组磷肥偏生产力差异不显著(P>0.05);2024年阿瓦提试验点试验组磷肥偏生产力比对照组显著提高19.1%(P<0.05),2025年新和试验点试验组磷肥偏生产力比对照组显著提高23.7%(P<0.05).综上,基于硫酸铵替代尿素酸化根际、外源碳添加以及磷肥前移技术能够提高棉花生物量,提高氮磷肥偏生产力,棉田产量及经济效益无显著变化.
In order to verify the effects of substituting urea with ammonium sulfate for rhizosphere acidi-fication combined with exogenous carbon addition and advanced phosphorus fertilizer application on yield and income in salinized cotton fields in southern Xinjiang,field experiments were conducted in Awati Coun-ty and Xinhe County of the Aksu region from 2024 to 2025.In the Awati test site,the control fertilization amount was urea 675 kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 550 kg/hm2 and the treatment fertilization a-mount was urea 506 kg/hm2,ammonium sulfate 370 kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 550 kg/hm2,or-ganic water-soluble fertilizer 45 kg/hm2.In Xinhe test site,the control fertilization amount was urea 600 kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 225 kg/hm2,and the treatment fertilization amount was urea 360 kg/hm2,ammonium sulfate 570 kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 195kg/hm2,organic water-solu-ble fertilizer 45kg/hm2.The biomass,yield,yield components,partial factor productivity of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer and economic benefits of the control group and the experimental group were deter-mined.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant change in the lint yield of the treatment group in 2024 and 2025(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the aboveground biomass of single plant in Xinhe and Awati test sites in 2024 and Awati test site in 2025(P>0.05).In 2025,the aboveground biomass per plant of the treatment group in Xinhe experimental site increased by 25.0%.Compared with the control group,there was no significant change in the partial factor productivity of nitrogen fertilizer in the treatment group at Xinhe experimental site in 2024,Xinhe and Awati experimental sites in 2025(P>0.05).In 2024,the partial factor productivi-ty of nitrogen fertilizer in the treatment group of Awati test site was significantly increased by 19.1%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the partial productivity of phosphate fertilizer in the treatment group of Xinhe experimental site in 2024 and Awati experimental site in 2025(P>0.05).In 2024,the partial factor productivity of phosphate fertilizer in the treatment group of Awati test site was significantly increased by 19.1%compared with the control group(P<0.05).In 2025,the partial factor productivity of phosphate fertilizer in the treatment group of Xinhe test site was significantly increased by 23.7%compared with the control group(P<0.05).In summary,based on am-monium sulfate instead of urea acidification rhizosphere,exogenous carbon addition and phosphorus fertiliz-er forward technology can improve cotton biomass,increase nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer partial pro-ductivity,cotton field yield,and economic benefits have no significant change.
