不同地膜残留量对棉花光合特性及生长发育的影响OA
Effects of Different Residual Plastic Film Amounts on Cotton Photosynthetic Characteristics and Growth and Development
为探究不同地膜残留量对棉花生长发育、光合生理特性及产量形成的影响,以新陆早53号为供试品种,在新疆灰漠土区设置6个地膜残留梯度[0(对照)、250、500、1 000、1 500、2 000 kg/hm2]进行小区模拟试验.结果表明,与对照比,地膜残留量超过500 kg/hm2 时棉花叶片净光合速率显著降低(P<0.05),残留量1 500 kg/hm2处理SPAD值显著降低(P<0.05);光响应特征表明,与对照相比,500 kg/hm2 处理最大净光合速率降低28.98%(P<0.05),净光合速率、光饱和点显著降低(P<0.05);250 kg/hm2 处理的光补偿点和暗呼吸速率显著高于对照(P<0.05);对照组籽棉产量最高(5 169.62 kg/hm2),各残膜处理棉花产量均显著降低(P<0.05).相关分析显示,株高与SPAD值呈显著正相关(P<0.05),气孔导度与胞间CO2 浓度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),产量与株高、SPAD值及最大净光合速率呈正相关.残留地膜通过抑制叶片光合能力,影响植株生长,从而导致产量下降.
In order to investigate the effects of different residual plastic film on cotton growth,develop-ment,photosynthetic physiological characteristics and yield formation,a small-plot simulation experiment was conducted in the gray desert soil region of Xinjiang,using Xinluzao 53 as the test variety,with 6 plas-tic film residue gradients[0(control),250,500,1 000,1 500,2 000 kg/hm2].The results showed that,compared with the control,the net photosynthetic rate of cotton leaves was significantly reduced when the residual plastic film exceeded 500 kg/hm2(P<0.05),and the SPAD value was significantly reduced in the 1 500 kg/hm2 treatment(P<0.05).Light response characteristics indicated that,compared with the con-trol,the maximum net photosynthetic rate decreased by 28.98%in the 500 kg/hm2 treatment(P<0.05),and the net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The light compensation point and dark respiration rate in the 250 kg/hm2 treatment were significantly higher than those in the control(P<0.05).The control group had the highest seed cotton yield(5 169.62 kg/hm2),while cotton yield was significantly reduced in all residual film treatments(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that plant height was significantly positively correlated with SPAD value(P<0.05),stomatal conductance was extremely significantly positively correlated with intercellular CO2 concentration(P<0.01),and yield was positively correlated with plant height,SPAD value,and maximum net photosynthetic rate.Residual plastic mulch affects plant growth by inhibiting the photosynthetic capacity of leaves,there-by leading to a decrease in yield.
