探究平伐重楼的有性繁殖特征在花期的表现和规律,促进人们对重楼属繁殖策略的理解,为重楼属的保护和人工繁育提供理论指导.观察记录花部形态构造,人工计数配合套袋试验观测胚珠比、杂交指数、自交/异交选择、风媒/虫媒途径等繁育系统特征,观察记录开花物候、花粉囊日内开闭时间规律及对应温湿度、柱头分泌粘液的情况,联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定柱头可授性,MTT染色法、离体培养基萌发法测定花粉活力.结果表明:平伐重楼胚珠比为5 860,杂交指数为4,花部形态特征及套袋试验证明其自交亲和,但更偏向异交授粉.平伐重楼单花花期17~19 d;开花后4 d左右散粉,散粉适宜的温度为22.7℃~25.6℃,湿度为53.7%~46.1%,喜光照.平伐重楼柱头在整个花期均具有可授性,花粉在整个花期均可维持活力,柱头在花药散粉期间会分泌粘液.平伐重楼花两性,自交亲和,兼有风媒传粉和虫媒传粉特征,相比滇重楼,其传粉行为的环境窗口期更窄,对天气稳定性要求更高,可能是其濒危原因,保证其花期外界环境稳定是提高有性繁殖成功率的关键.

To investigate the sexual reproduction characteristics of Paris vaniotii Lévl.during the flowering period and clarify their patterns,this study aims to enhance understanding of the reproduc-tive strategies of Paridis rhizoma and provide a theoretical basis for the conservation and artificial propagation of this endangered species.Floral morphology and structure were observed and recorded,and controlled pollination experiments,including bagging tests,were conducted to determine the pol-len-to-ovule ratio(P/O),outcrossing index(OCI),self-and cross-compatibility,and pollination mode(wind or insect).Flowering phenology,daily patterns of anther dehiscence,corresponding environ-mental conditions(temperature and humidity),and stigma secretion were also recorded.Stigma re-ceptivity was assessed using the benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method,while pollen viability was eval-uated using MTT staining and in vitro germination methods.The results showed that the P/O ratio was 5 860 and the OCI was 4,indicating that P.vaniotii was self-compatible but preferentially out-crossing.The flowering duration of a single flower lasted 17-19 days,and anther dehiscence occurred approximately four days after anthesis under favorable temperature(22.7℃-25.6℃),relative hu-midity(53.7%-46.1%),and adequate light conditions.The stigma remained receptive throughout the flowering period,and pollen retained viability during the entire anthesis.Stigma secreted mucus during the pollen-shedding stage,which likely facilitated pollination.Flowers of P.vaniotii are bisex-ual,self-compatible,and capable of both wind and insect pollination.Compared with P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis,the pollination window of P.vaniotii is narrower and more dependent on stable weather conditions,which may contribute to its endangered status.Ensuring stable environmental conditions during the flowering period is crucial for improving its sexual reproductive success.
